  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Zucchini Shredded
  • ½ Onion Diced
  • 2 Cans of Kidney Beans Do not drain
  • 2 Cans of Crushed Tomatoes 15 oz.
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  2. Then add in the turkey and brown the ground turkey. Add in the shredded zucchini and onion.

  3. Cook until translucent.

  4. Add in the remaining ingredients.

  5. Cook on low and allow it to simmer for about 20 minutes to let all the flavors combine
  6. You may need to add more water or broth if you don't want the chili to be as thick.
