Ingredients

Instructions
In a instant pot combine everything but that pasta and the cheese.
Cover and set the valve to sealing.
Set the pressure for 15 minutes. Do a quick release to release the pressure.
Stir in the cooked pasta and cheese.
Top with your favorite toppings.
