  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ½ pound Pork Sausage or Ground Turkey
  • ¾ cup oats quick-cooking
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons onions finely chopped
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Mix all ingredients together until well combined, let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Roll either 1-inch or 2-inch sized meatballs, depending on how you want to serve them, and place in a single layer in the air fryer, without them touching. Do so in batches if necessary.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes.
  • Cook meatballs at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes for 1-inch meatballs and 15 minutes for 2-inch meatballs, shake basket every 5 minutes for even cooking. Cook times can vary some, I recommend checking at 8 and 12 minutes respectively.
