Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or foil) for each clean up.
Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken thighs. I used a basting brush to cover the chicken thighs evenly.
Combine all the seasonings together in a small bowl.
Rub the seasoning mixture over the chicken thighs
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoy!
