Crock pot Italian meatball soup
Crock pot Italian meatball soup is so tasty and really easy in the slow cooker. Make this toss and go meal in minutes for a great meal.
- 1 package Frozen Beef Meatballs 24 oz.
- 1 can Crushed Tomatoes 15 oz.
- 1 can of Tomato Sauce 8 oz.
- 6 cups Beef Broth
- 1/2 Onion Diced
- 2 Stalks Celery Diced
- 2 Carrots Peeled and Diced
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp of Salt
- 1 tsp of Pepper
- 1 1/2 cup Ditalini Pasta
- Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Place all the ingredients except for the pasta, parsley and parmesan cheese in a crock pot.
Stir and cover.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Stir in the Pasta for the last 30 minutes if cooking on low and 15 minutes if cooking on high.
Serve topped with the chopped parsley and shredded parmesan cheese.
