Place the chicken breast in a large bowl or a large gallon size zip lock bag.
Add in the soy sauce and salad dressing. Stir to combine or if you use a zip lock bag, seal it tightly and shake to combine the ingredients and coat the chicken.
Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes but 3-4 hours is ideal.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat and spray the grill grates with a non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes per side until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it set for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
