  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter softened at room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley finely chopped


  • Place all the ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl.
  • Use a hand held mixer to beat all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Serve on bread, steak or on top of your favorite vegetables!


Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight for up to 1-2 weeks. You can also freeze left over garlic butter in ice cube trays or in a freezer safe bag so that it’ll last even longer!
