- 5 cups Broccoli washed and chopped into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup Red Onion Diced
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/3 cup Pecans chopped
- Dressing Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Place all the other ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss to combine. Pour the dressing over the top of the ingredients and toss to make sure that everything is well coated with the dressing.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Serve cold and enjoy!
*Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 2 days.
