Air Fryer French Bread Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf of French Bread
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 oz Sliced Pepperonis approximately 20 slices

Instructions

  • Slice your french bread in half lengthwise and then cut each piece in half. Note: You may have to cut the pieces into small pieces to get them to fit into your air fryer without over lapping.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat option then run your air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F to warm up the air fryer.
  • Then place 2 pieces of the bread in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for 2 minutes.
  • Then spread the pizza sauce on top of the bread and top with the shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperonis. I put a little cheese on top of the pepperonis to help them not move while cooking.
  • Then cook in the air fryer for 4-5 minutes at 400 degrees F until the cheese is melted and slightly golden brown on top.
  • Continue this process until all the bread has been used to make pizzas.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These easily can be made with any of your favorite pizza toppings.
Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5-7 days. Reheat in the air fryer by cooking for 2 minutes at 400 degrees F.
