Then whisk together the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing mix in a large bowl.
Then stir the cauliflower into the buffalo sauce until it's fully coated.
Place the cauliflower in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the cauliflower is the tenderness that you desire.
Serve with ranch or bleu cheese dressing and enjoy!
Notes
If you want your cauliflower a little crispier, broil it for 2-3 minutes after the cook time until the cauliflower is the crispiness that you prefer.*Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 4-5 days. When reheat, I recommend broiling for 2-3 minutes to warm them through and make them crispy again.
