Keto Taco Shells Recipe
These keto taco shells are perfect for taco night to enjoy a low carb taco. Each taco shell is only 1 net carb and is made with just cheese.
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Then place the cheese in approximately 1/4 cup piles that are at least 2 inches a part from each other. Then press the cheese down slightly.
Bake for 8-11 minutes or until the edges of the cheese are slightly browned.
Then let the cheese cool for approximately 2-3 minutes on the baking sheet. Then remove the cheese from the sheet and bend it over a wooden handle that is balanced in between 2 cups.
Let the shells cool completely on the spoons and enjoy!
