  • Cauliflower

Instructions

  • Remove the green leaves from the bottom of the cauliflower.  Then use a knife to cut off the stem of the cauliflower.
  • Cut the head of the cauliflower into large florets.
  • Then cut the larger florets into smaller pieces.
  • Cut off any excess stems.

Notes

Store cut cauliflower in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
