  • 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese cubed
  • 6 oz Colby Jack Cheese cubed
  • 6 oz Havarti Cheese Cubed
  • 4 Slices Provolone
  • 4 oz Peppered Salami
  • 4 oz Large Pepperoni Slices
  • 6 oz Blackberries
  • 6 oz Strawberries diced
  • 12 oz Green Olives drained
  • 10-12 Pretzel Sticks
  • 4 Rosemary Sprigs

  • Use a small star cookie cutter to cut stars out of the sliced provolone cheese.
  • Then prep the salami and large pepperoni by folding them in half and then folding them in half again.
  • Get a large serving board. Place the pretzel sticks at the bottom of the board to look like a tree trunk.
  • Then start the tree with a row of the diced cheese (we started with the cheddar cheese). Then continue up the tree layering the ingredients and make each layer slightly less wider than the last to make a tree shape.
  • Then garnish the board with the cheese shaped stars (we put one on top of the tree to look like a tree topper) and the rosemary sprigs.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

You can easily make this adorable charcuterie board with the meat, cheese, fruit and even veggies of your choice. We love using Christmas colors to keep the board festive.
