Grilled  Chicken  Salad

– Chicken Breasts – Salt and pepper – Garlic Powder – Olive Oil – Chopped Romaine Lettuce – Chopped Cherry Tomatoes – Sliced Red Onion – Avocado – Corn on the cob * all ingredients below

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle the seasonings on each chicken breast. Grill as directed.

STEP 2

In a medium bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients.

STEP 3

Add lettuce to a large salad bowl. Add the chicken and toppings.. Top each bowl with the chicken, tomatoes, corn, red onions and avocado.
