The first method is placing the guacamole in freezer safe bags. This is my favorite way as it doesn't take up much space in the freezer.
Make sure while sealing the bag that you remove all air bubbles.
You can stack the freezer bags on top of each other if they are flatten.
Method 2 - Freeze in Mason Jars:
Using mason jars to freeze guacamole is a great option if you do not want to use plastic.
Simply fill the jar with guacamole while making sure to give room for the guacamole to expand as it freezes.
Top the guacamole with a little olive oil to prevent browning on the top.
Method 3 - Freeze in Plastic Containers:
You can also place guacamole in plastic containers. I like to get smaller containers so that I can just take out what I need.
I like to wrap a small portion in plastic wrap and wrap tightly to keep air out. This will also help to reduce browning.
