Line a cutting board or baking sheet with wax paper and make room for it in the refrigerator.
Place 15 red candy melts into a small resealable sandwich bag. Leave the bag unsealed.
Place 15 royal blue candy melts into a second resealable sandwich bag. Leave the bag unsealed.
Place the remaining royal blue candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave the blue candy melts on High for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted and smooth.
Dip 12 Fireworks OREO sandwich cookies into the melted blue candy, coating each cookie completely. Lift each cookie out with a fork, gently tapping off the excess candy before placing it on the prepared baking sheet.
Place the remaining red candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl and melt using the same method, microwaving in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
Dip the remaining 12 Fireworks OREO sandwich cookies into the melted red candy and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Refrigerate the coated cookies until the candy coating is completely set.
Microwave the sandwich bag containing the 15 red candy melts for about 45 seconds, checking every 15 seconds and kneading the bag until the candy is smooth and melted.
Snip a small corner off the bag and drizzle the melted red candy over the blue-coated cookies. Immediately decorate with the red, white and blue sprinkles.
Repeat with the bag of 15 royal blue candy melts, drizzling the melted candy over the red-coated cookies and topping with more sprinkles.
Allow the drizzle to set completely before serving. Enjoy!
