These Air Fryer Donut Holes are soft, fluffy, and coated in warm cinnamon sugar mixture. Made with biscuit dough for a quick shortcut to a fast breakfast or sweet snack ready in less than 15 minutes!
Preheat the air fryer to 360°F. If your air fryer does not have a preheat setting, run it at 360°F for about 5 minutes.
Use a small round cookie cutter to cut donut holes from the center of each biscuit.
Lightly coat the air fryer basket with olive oil. Do not use nonstick cooking spray, as it may damage the air fryer basket.
Place the donut holes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 4 minutes, flipping or tossing halfway through.
Meanwhile, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Remove the donut holes from the air fryer. Dip each one in the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
Serve immediately while warm.

Notes
To cut out the donut holes, use a mini pastry cutter or you can use the lid from a drink bottle (that works great too). These are best served fresh but you can store the leftovers in an airtight container or bag at room temperature for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave before eating the leftovers.
