This Air Fryer Gnocchi comes out perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and ready in just 10 minutes! An easy weeknight side, appetizer or snack that pairs with marinara sauce, pesto, or your favorite dip.
Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F and spray the air fryer basket with spray olive oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound gnocchi, 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon dried oregano, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, and 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until the gnocchi is evenly coated.
Add the gnocchi to the air fryer basket (ideally in a single layer but its ok if they overlap a little bit).
Air fry for 10-13 minutes, toss them every 4-5 minutes, until they are slightly golden brown on all sides.
Serve immediately while warm with 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes
I love serving this as an appetizer or easy side dish. You can use regular gnocchi, cauliflower or sweet potato gnocchi in the recipe if you prefer. If you use frozen gnocchi do not thaw it out before using it in this recipe. Frozen gnocchi will take a few more minutes longer to cook so add a few minutes to the cooking time until golden brown. If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, run it at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes to warm it up.These are best served fresh but the leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat them in the air fryer when enjoying to make them crispy again!
