Recipe Tips
Prepare Air Fryer - If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, run the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Cook in a Single Layer - I find that the potatoes taste best when they cook in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overlap in the air fryer to help make them crispy when they are cooked.
Season to Taste - Taste test the potatoes before serving and add more salt and pepper based on your preference. I like more salt than most, so I added another 1/2 tsp of Salt to the potatoes once they were done.
Cut Evenly - Keeps all the potatoes cooking at the same pace.
Seasoning Variations Ideas
Breakfast Potatoes - Add onion powder and diced bell peppers for amazing flavor.
Garlic Parmesan Potatoes - Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, Chives and minced garlic after cooking for a delicious variation.
Spicy Potatoes - For a kick of flavor add chili powder or Cajun seasoning.
Herbed Potatoes - Use rosemary, thyme, or Italian seasoning for an aromatic twist.
