Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, applesauce, and Greek yogurt until well combined.
Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan on a wire rack. Once cooled, carefully remove it from the pan.
Slice and serve.
Notes
Store any leftovers at room temperature for up to 5 days.
