Large Chicken Breasts
(filleted into 4 pieces)

Potatoes
(peeled and slice into 1/4" slices)

(cooked and chopped)

Instructions
Coat 4 large pieces of heavy-duty foil with nonstick cooking spray.
Divide the sliced potatoes evenly among the foil pieces, placing them in the center.
Divide the green beans evenly over the potatoes.
Place 1 piece of chicken on each packet. Season the chicken evenly with the salt and pepper.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of ranch seasoning over each packet and top each with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Top each packet with ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese and divide the crumbled bacon evenly among them.
Fold the sides of the foil over the filling, then fold the remaining edges to seal each packet.
Grill over medium-high heat or cook over a campfire until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
Carefully open the foil packets and serve.
To bake instead, place the packets on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F for approximately 45 minutes.
Notes
You can also make these foil packets at 425 degrees F for approximately 45 minutes.
