These Baked Chicken Bites are tender, juicy on the inside, and made with a handful of ingredients. An easy, budget-friendly dinner or snack perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or dipping!
Dice 2 pounds of chicken into approximately 1 inch bite size pieces.
Spread the chicken into the 9X13 pan.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil on top. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning over the chicken. Gently toss the chicken to coat the chicken with the oil and seasonings.
Bake for 15-20 minutes (toss them halfway through the cooking time) until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Remove from the oven. Let rest for at least 5 minutes.
Serve with 1 tablespoon of parsley (if using) and enjoy!
