Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with cooking spray.
Pat 3 pounds thawed chicken party wings very dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder until evenly coated.
Arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are baking, combine 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce and ½ cup melted butter in a large bowl.
When the wings are done, immediately toss them in the buffalo sauce. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Enjoy!
