Ingredients

Chicken Breasts
Sliced lengthwise

salsa

Bag of Tortilla Chips
crushed into small pieces

Cheddar Cheese
Shredded

Tomatoes
Diced (Optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pour 2 cups salsa into one shallow bowl and 1 bag (13 ounces) crushed tortilla chips into a separate shallow bowl.
Dip 4 chicken breasts sliced lengthwise into the salsa, flipping so both sides are coated.
After the salsa, dip the chicken breast in the tortilla chips, flipping it so that both sides are covered in the chips.
Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with foil or sprayed with a non stick cooking spray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Top the chicken evenly with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Return the chicken to the oven for 2-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Top with ½ cup diced tomatoes if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
