Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Wash and dry 6 medium sweet potatoes. Pierce each potato 6–8 times with a fork.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over the sweet potatoes and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons sea salt.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place the sweet potatoes on the pan.
Bake for 40–50 minutes until the potatoes are soft and a knife easily inserts and removes.
Serve topped with 3 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
Serve warm and enjoy.
