Brown 1 pound ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat with ½ diced onion, ½ diced green bell pepper, ½ diced red bell pepper, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper until the meat is fully cooked.
Drain off any excess grease.
Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 2 cups tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, 2 ½ cups water, and 2 cups elbow macaroni. Stir well to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the macaroni reaches your desired tenderness, stirring occasionally.
Mix everything together thoroughly, then serve warm and enjoy.
