Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
Stir the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder into the cooked ground beef.
Spread the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the pizza crust, leaving about a ½-inch border around the edge.
Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the dressing.
Top with the seasoned ground beef, diced onions, and diced pickles.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 2–3 minutes.
Top with the shredded lettuce and sesame seeds.
Cut into 8 slices and serve immediately.
Notes
Lean ground beef can be used to reduce excess grease and help keep the pizza crust crisp. For a less sweet sauce, mix the Thousand Island dressing with a small amount of tomato sauce or tomato paste before spreading it over the crust. For the best texture, add the shredded lettuce after baking and just before serving.
