Instructions
Bring the beef broth or beef stock to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cold water and cornstarch until smooth.
Slowly whisk the cornstarch mixture into the saucepan.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring until the gravy has thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
