Wash and dry 2 Red Delicious apples, 2 Granny Smith apples, 1 pound strawberries, 1 pint blueberries, and 1 lemon.
Dice the 2 Red Delicious apples and 2 Granny Smith apples into bite-sized pieces and place them into a large mixing bowl.
Quarter 1 pound strawberries and add them to the bowl with the apples.
Add 1 pint blueberries and 1 can mandarin orange slices (15 oz.), drained, to the bowl.
Cut 1 lemon in half and squeeze the juice evenly over the fruit mixture to help keep the apples fresh and add flavor.
Gently stir all the fruit together until evenly combined.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve chilled and enjoy.
