1box fudge brownie mix + ingredient on box(or use my homemade brownie recipe)
1green frosting bag for decorating(or you can make my homemade buttercream frosting recipe)
1Sprinkles(I made this fun video to show you how easy it is to make.)
1yellow star
1Pretzel Sticks
Instructions
Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix package directions. Lightly grease and flour an 8x8-inch baking pan, or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Prepare and bake the brownies according to the package directions (or prepare your favorite homemade brownie recipe).
Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Run a knife around the edges, then carefully invert the brownies onto a sheet of parchment paper or a cooling rack. Allow them to cool completely.
Cut the brownies into 8 large triangles to resemble Christmas trees.
Pipe the green decorating icing around the edge of each brownie, then fill in the center with more icing.
Decorate with green sprinkles and place a yellow star sprinkle at the top of each tree.
Break the pretzel sticks in half, if needed, and press one into the bottom of each brownie to create the tree trunk.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container until ready to enjoy.
Notes
A yellow candy-coated chocolate (such as an M&M's) works well if you can't find star sprinkles.
Make sure the brownies are completely cool before decorating so the icing doesn't melt.
Store decorated brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
