Cool Whip Candy is a quick and delicious treat made with just Cool Whip and melted chocolate. Light, fluffy, and totally addictive which makes the perfect no-bake candy for holidays, parties, or anytime cravings!
24ozdark chocolate melting wafersor use regular milk chocolate if preferred
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Place 2 (11 oz) packages milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute. Stir and continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
Let the melted chocolate cool for about 15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, gently fold the melted chocolate into 1 (8 oz) container thawed Cool Whip until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
Freeze for 30 minutes, then cut into 36 squares. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze another 30 minutes.
Melt 24 oz dark chocolate melting wafers according to package instructions.
Dip each frozen square into the melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper.
Allow the coating to set completely.

Notes
Store the chocolate squares in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.To prevent them from sticking together, place parchment paper between layers.When ready to enjoy, let them sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
