Cool Whip Candy
Cool Whip Candy is a quick and delicious treat made with just Cool Whip and melted chocolate. Light, fluffy, and totally addictive which makes the perfect no-bake candy for holidays, parties, or anytime cravings!

Ingredients
- 2 11 oz packages milk chocolate chips
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip, thawed
- 24 oz dark chocolate melting wafers or use regular milk chocolate if preferred
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place 2 (11 oz) packages milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute. Stir and continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
- Let the melted chocolate cool for about 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, gently fold the melted chocolate into 1 (8 oz) container thawed Cool Whip until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
- Freeze for 30 minutes, then cut into 36 squares. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze another 30 minutes.
- Melt 24 oz dark chocolate melting wafers according to package instructions.
- Dip each frozen square into the melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper.
- Allow the coating to set completely.
- Serve and enjoy!

Notes
Store the chocolate squares in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
To prevent them from sticking together, place parchment paper between layers.
When ready to enjoy, let them sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
