If you are looking to make Pizza Night a little healthier, make Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust. You only need a few ingredients to make a high in protein pizza crust but is still so delicious!

Ingredients
1cupAll Purpose Flour
1 ½teaspoonsBaking Powder
½teaspoonSalt
1cupCottage Cheese
⅓cupPizza Sauce
1 ½cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1½ teaspoons baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt.
Add 1 cup cottage cheese and mix with a spatula or wooden spoon until combined.
Continue mixing and kneading the dough with your hands until a ball forms, kneading for approximately 2–3 minutes (rather than 20 minutes, which is likely a typo in the original recipe).
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it into a circle approximately ¼-inch thick. Transfer the dough to a pizza pan or baking sheet.
Bake the crust for 7 minutes.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread ? cup pizza sauce evenly over the top.
Sprinkle 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and add any optional toppings you prefer.
Bake for an additional 15–16 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let the pizza rest for 5 minutes.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Notes
You can use self rising flour instead of the all purpose flour, baking powder and salt if you prefer. Refrigerate any leftover pizza covered or in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days.
