½cupUnsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
½cupFull Fat Cottage Cheese
½Frozen Banana
1cupFrozen Mixed Berries
1TablespoonHoney
Instructions
Add ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ½ cup full fat cottage cheese, ½ frozen banana, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, and 1 tablespoon honey to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass.
Serve immediately while cold and enjoy!

Notes
I love using frozen mixed berries in this recipe but you can use 1 cup of any type of frozen berries that you love. Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries would all be delicious in this recipe. You can easily add spinach, chia seeds or flax seeds into this smoothie recipe to add in my nutrients. This smoothie is best served immediately after blending it.
