1cupCheddar Cheese(shredded)
½teaspoonGarlic Powder
½teaspoonOnion Powder
½teaspoonSmoked Paprika

¼cupGreen Onions(finely chopped)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Slice 12 jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a mixing bowl, combine 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, salt and pepper to taste, and ¼ cup finely chopped green onions. Mix until well combined.
Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into the halved jalapeños.
Arrange the filled jalapeños on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Let the jalapeños sit for a few minutes and then they are ready to serve and enjoy!
