Instructions
Place 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts in a slow cooker and season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
Pour in 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes and add 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
Stir in 1 pound cooked rotini pasta and 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese until well combined.
Sprinkle ½ cup parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted.
In a saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon butter and add ½ cup bread crumbs. Cook, stirring frequently, until the bread crumbs are golden brown.
Sprinkle the toasted bread crumbs over the pasta before serving.
Serve warm and enjoy.
