Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie Soup Recipe is so easy in the slow cooker and creamy and delicious. Not only is this meal budget friendly but it tastes amazing!
Place 2 to 3 frozen boneless chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 cups milk, ½ onion chopped, 3 russet potatoes peeled and diced, 1 bag frozen peas and carrots (16 ounces), ½ cup chopped celery, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning, and 4 cups chicken broth into the crock pot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Shred chicken and return to pot.
If you want it thicker, you can thicken with cornstarch.
Meanwhile, bake 2 cans biscuits according to the package directions.
Spoon soup into bowls and serve with a biscuit on top.
