No need to get take out when you can make Crock Pot Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs at home so easily. Lots of garlic and honey give this recipe amazing flavor.
Place 12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon minced garlic, ½ cup honey, ½ cup ketchup, ? cup low-sodium soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano until well combined.
Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs.
Add the lid and cook on low for 5 hours or high 3 to 4 hours. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons cornstarch and ¼ cup cold water until smooth. Sitr this mixture into the crock pot for the last hour of the cooking time if cooking on low or the last 30 minutes if cooking on high.
Serve immediately and spoon sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
