Brown 2 pounds ground beef with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain the grease.
Spray the crock pot with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with 2 cups mozzarella cheese. Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of the crock pot.
In a small bowl, combine two 15 oz cans crushed tomatoes with 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon garlic salt.
Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and cheese layer and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese over the top.
Add desired pizza toppings, then sprinkle 1 cup Parmesan cheese evenly over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
