Instructions
Add 2 cans pumpkin puree, 1 cup apple juice, 1 ½ cups packed light brown sugar, and 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice to the crock pot.
Stir the ingredients together until well combined.
Cover and cook on low for approximately 5 hours, stirring occasionally during cooking.
Once the pumpkin butter has thickened, spoon it into jars or airtight containers.
Allow the pumpkin butter to cool completely in the refrigerator before serving or storing.
Serve and enjoy!
