Instructions
Add 16 oz fully cooked sausage (sliced into 1-inch chunks), 2 lbs baby potatoes (cut in half), and 2 small yellow onions (cut into chunks) into the crock pot.
Pour in 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 cup chicken broth.
Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes and onions are tender.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
