Instructions
Brown 1 lb ground sausage in a skillet and drain the fat.
Transfer the sausage to a small (3-quart) crock pot.
Add 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies on top.
Cube 32 oz Velveeta cheese and add to the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally until melted and combined.
Notes
If you want your dip thinner stir in 1/2 cup of milk.
