Crock Pot Dr Pepper Ribs has the perfect amount of flavor and the meat is tender from being slow cooked all day. You won't believe how easy this recipe is.
Remove the membrane from the back of 4 lbs baby back pork ribs. Use a knife to lift one end of the membrane, then gently pull it off the rest of the ribs.
Cut the 4 lbs baby back pork ribs into 3 pieces and place them in the slow cooker.
Pour 2 Tbsp liquid smoke, 2 cups barbecue sauce, and 1.5 cups Dr. Pepper over the ribs. Then add 2 tsp minced garlic and 1 tsp pepper on top.
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
Once done, place on a foiled line cooking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes until the ribs are slightly browned.
