Ingredients

chicken breasts
(diced into bite size pieces)

cornstarch

black pepper

orange marmalade

low sodium soy sauce

rice vinegar

Tablespoon
sesame oil

teaspoons
minced garlic

sesame seeds

green onions diced
Instructions
Place 3 diced chicken breasts in a bowl and toss with ¼ cup cornstarch and ½ tsp black pepper.
Add the coated chicken to a slow cooker.
In another bowl, whisk 1½ cups orange marmalade, ½ cup soy sauce, 2 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1 Tbsp sesame oil, and 2 tsp minced garlic.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
Serve topped with 1 Tbsp sesame seeds and 2 diced green onions.
