¼cupMilk
1cupPanko Bread Crumbs
Vegetable Oil For Frying

Prepare three small bowls. Place ½ cup flour in the first bowl. In the second bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs and ¼ cup milk. Add 1 cup panko bread crumbs to the third bowl.
Dip 25 sliced dill pickles into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat them in the panko bread crumbs. Place on a plate.
Repeat until all pickles are coated.
Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan to about 2 inches deep and heat to 375°F over medium heat.
Fry the coated pickles in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Lightly sprinkle with salt if desired and allow to cool slightly.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy.
