Place the white candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted and smooth.
Carefully separate each OREO cookie. Dip one end of a lollipop stick into the melted white candy, then gently press it into the cream filling.
Spoon a small amount of additional melted white candy over the stick and replace the top cookie. Repeat with the remaining OREOs.
Allow the candy to set until firm.
Holding each OREO by the stick, dip it into the melted white candy until completely coated. Allow the excess candy to drip back into the bowl.
Place the coated OREO pops on the prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 10 minutes, or until the coating is firm.
Melt the red candy melts at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth. Transfer the melted candy to a decorating bag and snip off a very small corner.
Cut the red shoestring licorice into approximately 1½-inch pieces. Dip one end of each piece into the remaining melted white candy and arrange the licorice on each OREO pop to resemble the curved seams of a baseball.
Pipe 5–6 small red lines across each licorice strip to create the baseball stitches.
Allow the candy coating to set completely before serving.
