Easy Pasta Bake comes together in minutes with lots of hearty beef, cheese and more. This is freezer friendly, inexpensive and all around a great meal!
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook the rigatoni according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Spread half of the cooked pasta into the prepared baking dish.
Top with half of the meat sauce. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Repeat the layers with the remaining pasta, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. You can also use Penne Pasta or Ziti pasta instead of Rigatoni pasta if you prefer.
