Ingredients

warm water

Instructions
In a bowl, mix 2 cups flour, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp baking powder.
Slowly stir in 1 cup warm water until a dough forms (you may not need all the water).
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces, then roll each into a ½-inch thick circle.
Heat about 3 inches of oil in a deep pot.
Fry each dough round until golden brown and puffed, then flip and cook the other side.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Mix 2 Tbsp sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon, then sprinkle over the warm dough.
Serve immediately.
