Mix together the fajita seasoning ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Place the sliced chicken into a large bowl. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning mixture on top and toss to coat the chicken in the mixture.
Preheat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium high heat in a large skillet.
Add the chicken to the pan (you may have to work in batches depending on the size of your pan) and cook for 3-5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pan to a separate plate.
Add the remaining olive oil to the pan. Stir in the onions and sliced peppers and sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring them frequently.
Add the sliced chicken back to the pan and stir to combine with the onions and peppers.
Squeeze the lime juice on top and then the fajitas are ready to serve and enjoy!
