These Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor! Seared to perfection and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce for a quick, restaurant-quality dinner made in minutes!
Heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. I recommend using a cast iron skillet.
Add 3 pounds sirloin steak cut into bite size pieces to the skillet in a single layer. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
Cook the steak for 2 minutes without flipping it so that they get browned.
Then gently toss the steak and cook it for 2-3 more minutes until the steak is cooked through and browned.
Turn the heat down to medium. Add 1 Tablespoon minced garlic and 6 Tablespoons butter to the skillet. Cook for 30 to 60 seconds until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.
Remove from heat, top with 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped parsley, serve warm, and enjoy!

Don’t overcrowd the pan - Helps you get that perfect sear and texture. You may need to work in batches.
