Ingredients

Spaghetti Noodles
¼
cup
Butter
(diced into smaller pieces)
½
cup
milk

Tablespoon
Minced Garlic

teaspoon
Salt

Black Pepper

Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add 16 ounces spaghetti noodles and cook until the pasta is al dente based on the package instructions.
Once cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water and then drain the pasta.
In the same large pot, melt ¼ cup diced butter over low heat.
Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
Add the drained spaghetti noodles, reserved ½ cup pasta water, and ½ cup milk. Toss to thoroughly coat the pasta with the butter.
Turn off the heat and gradually stir in 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat and melt the cheese.
Season with 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe is best with freshly grated, good quality parmesan cheese.
Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
